10-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened.
• The perfume bottle is in its original condition and packaging.
• The product has not been damaged, altered, or excessively used.
• All original packaging, accessories, and items included with the order are returned.
• A valid reason for the return is provided.

Opened, used, damaged, or excessively handled perfume bottles may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.
